Rooted in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, the Sikh sacred teachings, this combination of breathwork and meditation has many benefits.
Working deeply on the subconscious burden, the Vagus nerve, and your ability to strengthen your relationship to what comes to you in this life, So Darshan Chakra Kriya is a profound experience of the self.
My intention in this workshop is to facilitate you in self-mastery through this practice.
In this 4 hour workshop, I will teach you how to best approach this sacred learning curve. We will explore three distinct approaches to the practice. By the end of this workshop you will commit to take on the practice for yourself, and hopefully within the group.
I have taken the 1000 day So Darshan Chakra Kriya challenge, over 12 years ago, and can say, hand on my heart, it is life-changing. I took the challenge on again, 6 months ago, and the practice is powerful.
