6am Core Abdominals, 30-Minute Classes, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 May & 6 June

Join me for a series of strong, early-morning, core classes.

You may consider that, at 64 years of age, core abdominals would not be my go-to morning practice but, in fact, cores are hugely important to me, and something I have maintained as practice for a long time.

I look forward to having you join me to fall in love with cores, just as I have.

Core abdominal exercises:

  • Improve bone density.
  • Reduce the likelihood of injury.
  • Boost mood.
  • Aid in all other aspects of yoga practice. 
  • Empower. 
  • Built self-esteem. 
  • Are important in holding goals, will and determination. 

Join me for six, 30-minute, classes as we alternate between diagonal and straight core work (I will explain the difference and why we do both).

These classes do not require that you already have a strong core. The strength comes quickly.

From there, beautiful person, it is down to you to maintain it.

In this endeavour, the classes will be recorded and available for the duration of the six-week series and for four weeks afterward.

By that time, you will have an instinctual and well-structured morning practice that you can choose to keep going with as we head toward summer.

The classes will include a warmup and a relaxation, with a short, sharp, burst of excellent core work in the middle.

The link will be sent out to you the day before the first class.

The price includes all six classes and access to the recordings.

If you know you have diastasis recti, please wear a suitable belt (if you have questions about this do get in touch). These classes are not suitable for pregnancy, nor for at least the first months postnatally.
