Finding Great Sleep. June 11th 2022. 10am – 12 Midday £20 Via Zoom.

We have many months into a deeply troubling time and it is in sleep that our brains process the existential aspect of our thoughts and experiences, our fears, our losses and our projections.

This all leads to difficulties falling asleep, disturbed sleep and extended periods of wakefulness in the darkness of the middle of the night… Hard to bear, long-term and lack of sleep does not help with mood, child care, relationships or work.

During this workshop we will explore:

How to fall asleep more easily.

How to work with the waking periods in the night

And to improve the quality of sleep, generally.

Carolyn is a trauma & anxiety therapist and Kundalini teacher specialising in dealing with sleep disorders, anxiety and how the mind “plays” when threatened.

You will learn a range of skills that can make a very real difference in how you deal with your reality.
