THE NEUTRAL MIND IN PAROS, GREECE KUNDALINI YOGA, PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION

In the Eastern tradition of Kundalini yoga they speak about three types of mind: The Negative is the survival one, that tells us where problems and dangers are. It is responsible for our fears. The Positive looks for the benefit in situations, supposedly balancing the negative but mostly pushed away by it. The Neutral Mind is the one that can actually use both negative & positive in a clear and mature way, and is responsible for our bliss. Reinforcing it is the main goal of every self-growth path.
The 4-day workshop includes the practice of Kundalini Yoga, pranayama and meditation and is led by Carolyn Cowan, a charismatic & elevating Kundalini yoga teacher & psychotherapist.
The daily schedule of the workshop includes: morning & afternoon sessions, breakfast and lunch.
