Triyoga – Chelsea, Open to 13-19 year olds
Research tells us that if you can master your anxiety pre-exam, you can expect a 30% better result!
This workshop is for teenagers, aged 13 to 19, who are facing anxiety, especially in the build up to the exam period. We will also, more broadly, learn skills to help cope with, manage, and more than anything, change the feelings of anxiety.
We will work with yoga, breath-work and the quantum physics of gratitude; giving you tools to use when the stress of revising, exams, social media, and family stories, become overwhelming.
No previous experience of yoga is needed. The class is open to all genders.
