This workshop focuses on a meditation for clearing the unconscious burden.
We carry histories, stories, resentments, furies and shames deep inside our psyche. These stories and emotional issues hold us back, affect our relationships and keep us stuck. The meditation is said to be the most powerful of all the practices and is challenging to master. Its effects include a lowering of anxiety and stress hormones, strengthening of our projection of our reality, a clearing of long-held emotional pain and a very real sense of empowerment.
The workshop will include pranayama practices, a yoga series and extended time to assist you in fully understanding the So Darshan Chakra Kriya practice.
The workshop is not suitable for pregnant women.
