Come and join me for a workshop on the Addictive Nature! at Triyoga Camden on the 27th October 2017
This time we will focus on the benefits of posture and breath work for managing cravings, overwhelm and anxiety.
In this two hour workshop we will accumulate tools, postures and pranayamas specifically to manage feelings. No previous experience of yoga is needed and my hope is that you will come and discover just how powerful any form of yoga can be if you have this amazing nature. I am a Kundalini teacher so will base the teaching in this model but you will understand better how to take classes in any style to better harness yourself to greatness.
