New classes now at Alchemy, in Camden Town on Core Abs & Deep Meditation, 4.15pm-5.45pm then Mastering the Addictive Personality 7.30-9.00pm every Friday.
These classes can be booked through the Alchemy website, or simply come to the studios.The classes are for men and women and are particularly suited to building core strength and also for working with boundaries, self esteem, empowerment, stress management, depression, anger issues and addiction recovery. The yoga is powerful, the soul connection achievable is wild and I love teaching. I have been teaching in London since 1998. Each class is 1.5 hours long. All levels are welcome but the classes are not suitable for pregnant women. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. It is advisable not to eat for 2 hours before a class.
